TAKE ME HOME.
Every dawn, finds me wide awake, For my nights, are far too freaky, Short stategic naps, is all I can take, Falling asleep on this street, is far too risky, I need to rest, but my life here's at stake, Someone please.... Take me home. I work all day, Bearly getting any pay, Burdened by a tummy, Craving to feel, just alittle less hungry, Turning my body to its own donkey, Hear me please... Take me home. My carton shack, is totally worn out, My life...so full of strains and doubt, Mind, numbed and about to pass out, Chances of survival, are running out, My hope-lantern just went out. Being here was never my fault, And the thought it renews the hurt... Don't you see...? I need to get home. Mr. Good Samaritan... Listen to my heart crying out, Your mercies, surely are my only way out.. And I kneel at your feet, Begging please... Take me home.
